Salesforce tokens

Encrypted access/refresh tokens are deleted when metadata collection jobs reach a terminal state for a scan.

Metadata and findings

Collected metadata components, normalized inventory, findings, and scores are retained so you (and we, for estimate follow-up) can reopen the report. Default retention target for MVP staging/production data is 90 days unless a deletion request is made sooner.

Lead records

Qualification details and commercial scores are retained for sales follow-up and product operations, subject to deletion requests.

Report events

View and estimate-request events are retained to understand engagement and prioritize follow-up.

Deletion requests

Email closson.fabian@gmail.com with the work email used on the form. We will delete or anonymize associated lead, scan, and report data where feasible, except where we must retain limited records for security or legal reasons.
